Yes - Send takes safety, security, and trust seriously. Whether you're sending a small or a large amount, your account is protected and your money is handled in line with Australian financial regulations.
How Send is regulated

Is there a limit on how much I can send with Send?
- Send is built to give you flexibility with your payments and transfers, within some limits.
- The minimum amount you can send through the Send portal is AUD $250.
- The maximum amount varies from account to account. If you receive an alert in the portal that your amount is too high, or if you need to send less than AUD $250, please contact our customer service team and we'll help you complete your payment.
Why does Send say my transfer is below the minimum?
- This can happen for a small number of less-common currencies, where our banking or currency partners require a minimum trade amount.
- Try increasing the amount you're sending or contact our support team for guidance.
How do I know my money is being handled safely?
- Send is regulated by ASIC and AUSTRAC, holds an AFSL, and meets Australia's AML and CTF obligations.
