Common questions
I'm a sole trader. Should I open a Personal or Business account?
If you are trading under an ABN or business name, then you should open a Business account, even if you are the only person in the business.
I have both personal and business needs. Can I use one account for both?
No. You'll need to open a separate account for each. Personal money and business money must be kept separate. We recommend using your business email to sign up for the Business account so the two stay clearly apart.
I run a trust or partnership. Which account do I open?
A Business account. Trusts and partnerships are treated as business structures on Send.
I picked the wrong account type. What now?
Please contact our support team. They'll help you work out the next step.
