How Send is regulated
- SendFX Limited holds Australian Financial Services Licence 509635 and is a registered independent remittance service provider with AUSTRAC.
- Send is regulated by ASIC and follows the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
How we keep your money and account safe
- Regulated by ASIC and AUSTRAC, send holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), and operates in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) obligations under Australian law.
- Internationally recognised security standard. Send is certified to ISO 27001:2022, an international standard for managing information security.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) on every login. MFA is mandatory for all Send customers. You use an authenticator app on your phone to confirm it's really you each time you log in.
- Encrypted connections. All activity in your Send account uses secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
